We are seeking a part-time Spa and Salon Receptionist.
We are looking for someone to grow with our company and make this into a career! This is not your basic receptionist job! This position is responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care, offering salon clients additional service opportunities, as well as assisting clients in understanding our products, specials, and company programs while following all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Minimum 1-year Receptionist experience.
Prior Spa or salon experience is a plus.
Flexible schedule.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to travel if needed.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Acknowledge and greet all guest who enters and leaves the Spa.
Check guests in and offer them tea or cucumber water.
Check guests out and reschedule their future appointments.
Appointment confirmations.
Accurately schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Provide detailed descriptions of spa/salon services and pricing.
Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with the company policy by processing cash and credit card transactions accurately.
