We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced caf environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf area, including restocking supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation - Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours - Assist with food preparation and other duties as assigned Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Basic math skills for calculating orders, discounts, and change accurately - Experience with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and order tracking - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
