The Associate Engineer will have the opportunity to be a member of a dynamic cross-functional project focused organization.
The ASE is responsible for providing pre-and post- sales engineering and consultative sales support on all of CM Furnaces products and services. He/she must have ability to compile and translate complex business and technical requirements into customized solutions that are comprehensive and address the customer's current manufacturing needs and process. The ASE will work closely with the Engineering Group and provide technical input to qualify and close customer opportunities. This position must maintain strong integrity and business ethics.

In addition to our industrial line of furnaces, CM manufactures a complete line of highly sophisticated research and laboratory furnaces. It includes our Rapid Temp line of box and tube furnaces (to 1800C), Combustion Tube furnaces, our Platinum Tube furnaces and a variety of equipment for specialized research applications and materials testing.
Requirements
Minimum of 1
years prior industrial/technical/machinery sales experience is mandatory
Strong communication skills, oral and written, and demonstrated analytical skills.
Strong organizational and presentation skills with a focus on detail.
Ability to work independently and within teams.
Ability to work autonomously and self-direct on multiple projects to meet associated deliverables.
Time management skills are a critical requirement.
Excellent problem solving skills, and the practical application of strong mechanical design theory and analytical skills.
Ability to ready and articulate mechanical/electrical drawings.
Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time and without restriction, no relocation or sponsorship will be entertained
Up to 40 % travel in the first year to establish the territory after that it will go down to 25%
The ASE will work out of our Bloomfield NJ office and live within driving distance
