Tire Sales Program Advisor
As a Tire Sales Program Advisor, you will work as a tire expert inside a PREMIUM dealership.
This position has a set schedule; assured 45 hours a week (typically following standard business hours)!
Responsibilities:
- Selling/assisting with the sale of tires to customers on the service drive with the goal of exceeding assigned sales and productivity goals
- Inspecting customers' cars on the service lane.
- Diagnosing tire-related problems, recommending service and quoting prices
- Assuring necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted.
- Maintaining effective relationships including customers and dealer personnel.
- Overseeing customer satisfaction and complaints and solving problems that arise.
- Completing market analysis monthly.
- Assisting in store operations:
maintaining inventory, opening/closing the store and preparing reports - Assisting dealership technicians to ensure service levels are met.
- To fast track your success, you will participate in a comprehensive training program.
Job Minimum Requirements
- 2
years of tire automotive service experience preferably from an automotive retail tire service environment - Valid driver's license and able to meet Dealer Tire's Motor Vehicle Record Policy
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficient computer skills including:
MS Word, MS Excel - Quick learner
Preferred Requirements
- Online order management systems
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Salary and Benefits
