Receptionist
Job Overview:
CB&I's Technology operating group provides a wide range of process technologies and related services to the petrochemical, petroleum refining, and oil and gas industries. We are looking for a Receptionist for our Bloomfield, NJ office. We are seeking someone with excellent customer service skills and a pleasant disposition for this role.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
Ensures visitors check in with the front desk by signing in and contacts the person responsible for escorting the visitor around the office.
Creates a badge for all visitors.
Assists with administrative tasks which may include composing, typing and editing correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material when needed.
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating when required.
Serves as a back-up to office services, including the mailroom.
Basic
Qualifications:
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Strong verbal communication skills are required
Must have and display a positive disposition and demeanor at all times
Word processing skills required.
