Managing Business Analyst - OCM Project Lead

The OCM Training Lead is accountable for the on-time and on-budget planning, development and delivery of customized training solutions to successfully support client projects. This role leads the training team and works closely with the project leads and key client stakeholders to develop the training strategy and detailed plan. The training lead is versed in current technology and platforms to oversee development of sustainable training and performance assets. Finally the training lead oversees delivery and evaluation of the training program, readying end users for new systems and processes to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Development and review of various training deliverables including training plan, detailed curriculum plan, training timelines and schedules, instructor led materials, reference and support materials, eLearning modules, training collateral, logistics, etc.
? Lead training teams to develop and deliver customized training solutions for identified client stakeholders to support project engagement
? Collaborate with the Change Lead to review Change Impacts Assessment and integrate into the Training Strategy and Plan
? Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and project team members to gather requirements and conduct training needs assessments
? Execute the Training Plan per the End User Training Strategy
? Provide support in the train-the-trainer sessions and supports super user/trainer preparation activities
? Manage/Assign/coordinate activities of trainers, instructional designers (onshore and/or offshore) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including external vendors, if applicable
? Partner in the development of standards and procedures for training materials and development tools
? Review training documents throughout the design process to ensure standards are met
? Partner in the planning process of global rollout plans for the training component
? Maintain training inputs within the Project Plan and communicate progress and status against milestones to leadership
? Establish a continuous improvement strategy to ensure all training activities are evaluated, and the evaluations analyzed to improve the training products and delivery
Skills & Qualifications
? University degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior or Development and/or business related field
? At least 5 years of experience developing and delivering training solutions for adult learning around technology and system enhancements for enterprise engagements
? Team leadership skills to drive collaboration between on-site, off-shore, and external resources
? Experience managing complex projects with excellent knowledge of Training & Development practices and methodologies, Organization Design, and Project Management practices
? Experience with skill gap assessments and recommending appropriate development activities
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions for resolution
? Experience with digital cloud technology using Capgemini?s accelerated methodology for early adoption
? Intermediate to advanced skills in established and emerging training technologies including Perform, Camtasia, Captivate, WalkMe, Learning Management Systems (LMS), etc.
? Intermediate to advanced skills in content management strategies and tools such as SharePoint, etc.
? Intermediate to advanced experience in evaluating and reporting learning effectiveness
? Experience in set-up of training environment (process) and sustainment efforts/plans
? Advanced skills in facilitation and change management
? Proven project management success with strong track record on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects
? Superior written communication skills

? Qualification: Minimum 7 years experience, Bachelor?s Degree.
? Certification: If possible has BA level 2 and is seeking level 3.
? Should have experience in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI?s & Reporting
? Should be proficient in Architecture Knowledge.
? Should have progressing skills in Software Engineering & Testing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
